  • induemoney Change of Authorised Signature Form with Identification Form
    All signatories of induemoney Cheq Accounts must be identified by an Acceptable Referee who has known the person for at least 12 months. This is a requirement of the Government Agency - AUSTRAC to ensure accounts are not held or operated in false names.

    This identification process takes place only once, regardless of the number of accounts held with Indue Ltd or on which you may be a signatory. If you have previously sent Indue Ltd an identification form you do not need to complete this form again. (452KB)
